@gabriel Well I don't know any then. By VOIP I'm assuming you mean can dial a phone number over the internet.
Unless you just mean voice chat, which mumble or jitsi are the only two I like.
@splitshockvirus Yeah I'm after the phone number. I'm pretty sure you can use linphone, I'm just not sure what provider is good.
@gabriel Only one I know about is 3CX PBX, but it's propreitary and needs a loicense
@gabriel Iβm happy with 1-voip.com. Have had it a few years. US company but they appear to serve our neighbors to the north. They offer free soft phone apps, but they are SIP standard. Originally I used them with the Bria app.
